Vendition
About
Vendition is an early-career job marketplace that matches recent college graduates and career switchers with entry-level tech sales roles such as Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Business Development Representative (BDR). Its main offer to employers is a 3-month Apprenticeship-to-Hire program, in which Vendition recruits, trains and mentors SDRs who start on the job at the hiring company from day one, and it also offers direct-hire SDRs. Apprentices get a dedicated Vendition sales coach, a personalized SDR curriculum, weekly 1:1 coaching and access to its Sales Learning Platform, followed by alumni mentorship and networking. Candidates complete the Vendition Success Aptitude Test (VSAT), a soft-skills assessment whose results employers see alongside each candidate's resume. Vendition also offers free online courses including a Sales Bootcamp and an Interview Bootcamp, and says it does not charge job seekers because companies pay it to find candidates. The company says it has worked with over 600 companies since 2015, and its contact page lists an address in San Francisco.

TopCloserR Perspective
What we’d expect selling here to look like
Vendition sells SDR recruiting and apprenticeship programs to tech and SaaS companies, with buyers such as sales development leaders, sales leaders and recruiting teams who need to fill entry-level sales roles. The model implies a relationship sale built on candidate quality, time to hire and ramp support, where an employer that hires one apprentice can come back for more as its SDR team grows.
What it builds, by career stage
- Breaking in
- For SDRs, BDRs and those aiming for a first SDR role, Vendition is a direct route in: its apprenticeship, coaching and free Sales Bootcamp are built for people with little or no tech sales background.
- Building
- For recruiters, account managers and those working toward those titles, the business implies matching vetted candidates to hiring companies and managing those employer relationships through interviews and the apprenticeship period.
- Leading
- For sales managers, directors and heads of sales, it implies selling to peers who run sales development teams, where the case rests on how quickly new SDRs ramp and how well they are trained and coached.
Where it can take you
Working at Vendition travels to agency and in-house recruiting, early-career talent programs and sales enablement or training roles at tech companies. For the people it places, an SDR or BDR role is a common first step toward account executive roles in tech and SaaS sales.
