TopCloserR Perspective
What we’d expect selling here to look like
NASP sells online certifications directly to individual sellers and leaders, with calls booked through the site, and larger pathway and organizational culture programs to companies. The motion implies a direct sale for single certifications and a consultative sale for multi-year pathways and company programs.
What it builds, by career stage
- Breaking in
- For SDRs, BDRs and those aiming for a first SDR role, the business implies booking discovery calls with individual sellers and business owners who are weighing a certification.
- Building
- For account executives and those working toward the title, it implies moving buyers from a single certification into master pathways, coaching packages or company-wide programs.
- Leading
- For sales managers, directors and heads of sales, it implies selling culture and coaching programs to leaders of sales organizations, where the case rests on behavior change across a team.
Where it can take you
The experience transfers to sales training, certification and professional education companies, and to enrollment or admissions sales roles in online learning.
