Why go

Two days of keynotes and role-based workshops taught by working Sandler trainers, with separate tracks for sellers, for team leaders and VPs, and for business owners, so each person builds an agenda around the job they do.

Who should attend, and why

Account Executive
e.g., Senior Account Executive, Inside Sales Representative
In the role
Take the individual sales professional track and test one stalled deal against each framework you hear.
Aspiring
SDRs ready for a closing seat — Sit in on the seller track to hear how experienced reps run a whole sales conversation.
Sales Manager
e.g., Director of Sales, VP of Sales
In the role
Use the team leaders and VPs track, and bring your reps so the whole team leaves with one shared approach.
Aspiring
Senior AEs eyeing a first team — Attend leader sessions to see what Sandler expects a sales manager to coach.

Works best for sellers, sales managers and business owners who want two days on how they sell.

Networking opportunities

Sandler runs curated networking sessions, events and informal meetups on both days, and says more than a thousand sellers and sales leaders attend, so you can compare your numbers with peers.

Tip: Bring one number to benchmark, such as your close rate, and ask peers in your track how theirs compares.
