About this role
TalentRApp is looking for a driven SDR to help recruitment agencies, staffing firms, and business owners discover modern growth systems that help them scale faster.
This role is focused on outbound prospecting, relationship building, lead qualification, and booking strategy calls for TalentRApp’s recruitment agency growth solutions and TopCloserR ecosystem offerings.
You’ll engage agency owners, recruiters, and business leaders through cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, email campaigns, inbound inquiries, and social engagement. Ideal candidates are highly organized, confident communicators who enjoy connecting with people and opening conversations.
